Custom Database and Layout Design

TransACT! for Residential Real Estate provides a completely custom database design exclusively for industry professionals. The special database is extensive and provides you with the design necessary to gather the information you need to work efficiently. TransACT! also includes a custom designed layout for your use. You get a complete package that looks like it was designed just for you and your needs. TransACT! Residential is recommended software from the RS Council of the Realtors National Marketing Institute of the National Association of Realtors.

For those who like a standard package, pinpointtools can be used right from the installation. For other users, pinpointtools also allows you to further customize the layouts as desired. Unlike some "canned" packages, pinpointtools lets you configure your software to reflect the unique needs for your business. TransACT! Residential does not alter any existing ACT! data nor threaten it in any way.

AutoScheduler

ACT! does not allow you to schedule multiple events at one time. Each one must be scheduled individually. pinpointtools' AutoScheduler lets you schedule multiple events with just one click. You can create, apply and reuse all the action plans or campaigns you want. Those events can be any combination of calls, meetings, and to-do's. You can define, save, reuse, or modify your own Plans of Action. It also works with the Letter Manager so you can schedule letter events inside the campaigns as well.

Letter Manager

Schedule and print letters just like you schedule to-do's. Pick the date and print all your letters for that day... different letters to different people. Letter Manager automates the complete follow-up process. It works as a stand alone scheduler, or in conjunction with AutoScheduler.

Quick Entry

Enter a ZIP Code and watch it automatically fill in the City, State, and Area Code for both phone and fax. Saves you valuable time on data entry for business cards or meeting rosters. Works with international postal codes as well.

Quick Photo

Allows you to attach an unlimited number of photos, letters, documents, orders, …anything you can scan or photograph. Quick Photo displays the images in sequence order and does not require you to search in ACT! History for attachments. Images can be used in other programs or printed as desired.

Financial Calculator

Calculates mortgage payments, loan balances, Present Value calculations, NPV and IRR, plus amortization tables in a snap. This is a complete calculator, right on your desktop.

Buyer Qualification

This application allows you to quickly determine the financial qualification for residential home buyers. It works for FHA and Conventional loans. In addition to determining financial capability of your prospective purchasers, Buyer Qualification also prints a qualification report and closing cost estimate.

Backup and Restore

You can have peace of mind knowing your data is safe and backed up. pinpointtool's toolbox will back up more than just the database folder. It backs up your complete database as well as documents, reports, templates, mail, plus it backs up sub-folders as well. You get prompted for multiple disks if needed.

What does TransACT! do that ACT! doesn't?

TransACT! provides several utilities to help ACT! do some things that ACT! can't do by itself. While ACT! is great, TransACT! makes it even better. You can review the list of TransACT! Utilities to see how they add capability to ACT! TransACT! gives you custom designed databases and layouts. Most ACT! users are comfortable naming some of the user fields. TransACT! adds close to 100 additional ACT! fields and displays those fields in an industry specific manner.

What is the relationship between TransACT! and Sage Software (publisher of ACT!)?

What if I am not currently familiar with ACT! ?

The first step is to look at ACT!. You can download a demo of the latest ACT! from www.act.com, or install it from our toolbox CD.
