a group of the contacts that have not had any types of records modified
based on the timeframe you select.

Wizard
Touched Wizard allows you to find which
records have had data (specific or general) modified within a given time
period. ACT!'s advanced queries feature allows you to search for contacts
that have been edited in a given time frame, but it cannot tell you if
a contact has had notes, histories, activities or sales made or modified
within that time frame. The Touched Wizard gives you this ability in a
easy-to-use, wizard format. Just select a database, choose the date range,
and Touched Wizard will create a group of records in your ACT! database
that have had any contact, notes, history, activity, sales data modified
in the time frame you select.

Any records found that were touched in the time frame you selected will
be added to a group created that is named systematically as follows:
- Touched <start date> - <end date> (<run date
and time>)
- The dates are indicated as <year>.<month>.<day>
- Time is indicated as <hours>.<minutes>
For example, if a Touched group was created with the start date of December
6th, 2000, an end date of December 8th, 2000, and the Touched Wizard ran
on December 10th, 2000 at 10:40 a.m., the file name would be the following:
Touched 2000.12.06 - 2001.02.08 (2000.12.10 10.36).

Untouched
Wizard
Untouched Wizard allows you to find which
records have not been modified since a date you select. Find people that
have been forgotten and reactivate their account, or archive their data.
ACT!'s advanced queries feature allows you to search for contacts that
have been edited in a given time frame. But, it does not give you the
ability to find all contacts that have not been touched (modified) in
a given time frame. Just select a database and choose the date and Untouched
Wizard will create a list of records that have not had any modifications
to contact, notes, history, activity or sales data since the date you
specified.

Any records were found that had not been touched since the date you selected,
they will be added to a group named systematically as follows:
"Untouched <start date> (<run date and time>)"--The
dates are indicated as <year>.<month>.<day>; The time
is indicated as <hours>.<minutes>.
For example, the group name created by the Untouched Wizard when start
date is December 6th, 2000 and the Untouched Wizard ran on December 10th,
2000 at 10:40 am would be "Untouched 2000.12.06 (2000.12.10 10.40)".
Note: There is no free technical support available by phone for this

exists in ACT! 6.0.
