VillageEDOCS and ASDS Computer Co., through
its integrated ACT! faxing software, FaxAVE, charges a one time software
license fee and a per minute price for faxing documents to over 230 countries.
Our Standard Price List contains two service levels for the client to
select. If the client has scheduled a fax job for delivery at a future
date and or time, the category’s delivery commitment begins at that
specified future date and or time. The service levels are as follows:

VillageEDOCS charges
under the following conditions:
- All fax jobs are billed per minute with a 30 second minimum and in 1/10th
of a minute increments after the first 30 seconds. For example, if
the fax job takes 41 seconds, the customer will be billed for 7/10th of a minute.
- Pricing includes 2 attempts to deliver the fax to a busy number and
1 attempt for all other conditions.
- Attempts to deliver to a number that answers with an answering
machine or voice and does not have an attached fax machine, will be charged
at the minute rate of the applicable service level.
- Fax broadcasts to more than 2000 destinations may only be sent
at Express service level.
- All faxes held in the service queue due to failures will be
automatically deleted 72 hours after job submission.
