Crystal Clear Reports New Version Run reports in ACT! fast and easy
CLEARLY CONTACTS Home Address Book: Perfect for a personal print out of contacts with Home Addresses. This report is a two column list of Contact, Spouse, Home Address, and Home Phone, sorted by Contact Last Name. The report excludes records with no Home Address and can also be narrowed by ID/Status and Record Manager if desired. View sample pdf report Main Address Book: Great for an office directory or a printed list to carry with you on the road. This report is a two column list of Contact, Company, Main Address, Main Phone, Main Fax, and Email, sorted by Contact Last Name. Each Record Manager has a crosstab with the history items selected and the contact/company names. (In ACT!, select Help About) INSTALLATION NOTES Registered users will receive free updates for 6 months from the date When you download the program save it so that it will be easy to locate. After the installation program has finished downloading you will need to locate it and execute it. The installation can take some time so please be patient. This installation program installs the new Windows Installer program from Microsoft if it isn't already installed on your system. If the new Windows Installer program needs to be installed the system will need to be rebooted when you are asked to reboot. When you execute the program it will install a new menu selection on the reports menu in ACT! called Crystal Clear Reports. The Crystal Clear Reports menu has several sub-menus with various types of reports. If the menu is missing after you install the software you probably need to close and re-open ACT!. To register you will need the user code from the registration form or go to Help . About and you will see your serial number there. Once you have your user code call 877-885-4228 to receive your registration code. After you enter the registration code you will no longer be prompted to register.
