ColorCode -- AddOnStore for ACT!

With ColorCode you can:

Display each user's activities in different colors,

Easily spot activities in the list,

Print your task List in the colors you want

With ColorCode, you can colorize your Task List the way you want! ACT! allows to choose a color when scheduling an activity but offers no ways of automatically color-code your activities based on the User the activity is scheduled for or the Regarding text of the activity. ColorCode does.

When you launch ColorCode, ACT! is automatically switched to the Task List view and the ColorCode Bar appears (see right). You may then colorize the activities currently displayed in your Task List using five different buttons: Priorities will colorize them based on their priority.

By Users will colorize them based on the User the activity is scheduled for.
Lookup will colorize activities scheduled with the Current contact, Current Lookup or a Group of your choice.
Regarding will colorize them based on their Regarding text.
Single Color will apply a color of your choice to ALL activities.

Here is a typical screen allowing you to define the colors you want. To access the Choose colors window, simply click on one of the orange arrows right to each button. In this case, we clicked on the Lookup arrow.

With the settings shown at left, clicking on the Lookup button (from the ColorCode bar or the one at the bottom left of this window, as they are the same) will colorize all activities scheduled with the current contact in Pink.

red=high / blue=medium / black=low

Here is an example With ColorCode
red=high / blue=medium / back=low

This is particularly helpful in a multiple users environment as you can't add a Scheduled For column to the Task List which would allow you to distinguish activities between users.

Please note that ColorCode permanently changes the color of your activities. Changes are therefore available in Calendar views as well.
