Features:

Customized User Interface. The intuitive design of the ZipAware and PostalAware user interface lets you work within the familiar environment of ACT! while utilizing Aware’s powerful address validation functions.

U.S. ZIP Code validation. ZipAware contains the entire United States Postal Services (USPS) ZIP Code directory. ZipAware can verify the validity of any American address. If the address is incorrect ZipAware will notify you via a diagnostic code displayed in the ZipAware status window.

ZIP+4 Support. ZipAware supports the USPS ZIP+4 ZIP Code extension. While the use of this extension is optional, including it can significantly reduce delivery time and qualify you for bulk mailing discounts.

Canadian Postal Code validation. PostalAware contains the entire Canada Post Corporation (CPC) Postal Code directory. PostalAware can verify the validity of any Canadian address. If the address is incorrect PostalAware will notify you via a diagnostic code displayed in the PostalAware status window.

Address Correction. Given sufficient information, Aware can automatically correct an erroneous address. The Aware Address Browser can be used to quickly locate the correct address including ZIP and Postal Codes if there is insufficient information to make an automatic address correction.

Address Browser. Both the ZipAware and PostalAware Address Browsers offer a fast and friendly user interface. It allows you to quickly search by City, State/Province, and ZIP/Postal Code.

Automatic Address Validation and Correction. Validating an address is easy with Aware’s unique address validation feature. Aware can verify whether an address is correct or incorrect with a simple click of the Verify button. Aware also has powerful Auto-verify and automatic correction functions. When turned on, this feature will automatically validate and correct your addresses as you scroll through your contact database.

Tight Integration with ACT!. Using sophisticated Dynamic Data Exchange technology, Aware opens a link between its database and ACT!, thus allowing you to take advantage of Aware’s functionality while working within a familiar environment.

Blistering fast performance. Both ZipAware and PostalAware use ultra high performance search algorithms. This means you won’t wait forever while Aware searches its databases, even when running off a Networked CD-ROM!
