AutoAdmin II Multi Time Slot Offering
With this version you now have 288 timeslots to synchronize, compress and reindex, and backup multiple times per day and/or with multiple databases.

AutoAdmin II Single Time Slot Offering
Allows you to synchronize, compress and reindex and backup once per day with a single database.

Run Group Rules
Choose to automatically remove records deleted by remote users.

Features:

Timeslot Setup Tab
Allows you to set the day(s) and time you would like AutoAdmin II to run. The machine needs to be on and logged into the network, but your applications do not need to be running. AutoAdmin II will launch at the specified time, open ACT! and your email, and then close everything down after it is finished.

It allows you to specify the database and login information. You can choose to compress and reindex your database; to backup the database before sync and/or C&R; or to backup after sync and/or C&R. You can also run Group Rules, remove temp files from the Windows temp folder and delete records deleted by remote users.

Sync Options
Schedule daily synchronization without leaving your ACT! database open. You can choose your synchronization send and receive options as well as your synchronization connection method, or if you are not using synchronization, choose not to sync at all.

Sync Users Tab
One of the most powerful tools in AutoAdmin II is the synchronization log. It details the last time you sent and/or received a synchronization from all of your users. Users who have not synchronized in 14 days are flagged.

Advanced Options Tab
Allows you to force active users to logout. Allows you to tune AutoAdmin II for slower computers.

Backup Options Tab
Allows you to specify the directory for database backup and to choose extra backup files such as attached email, documents, layouts, templates, etc.

Log Tab
Details exactly what AutoAdmin II has done.
