Advanced Scheduling System does not modify or replace the ACT! calendar. Activities are still created in ACT! using the regular ACT! Schedule activity window and they remain visible in ACT! calendar windows. But the add-on provides an easy-to-use interface for quickly visualizing and scheduling activities.

You are in total control of the display:

• Filter your calendar as in ACT! (users, activities, etc.).
• Display any field you want in each cell.
• Color activities based on the user (as shown here).
• Visually block specific dates (holidays).
