ADVANCED SALES LOOKUP allows the user to lookup Sales/Opportunities by Product, Type, Quantity, Amount, Sales Stage or Forecasted Close Date, a feature not available in ACT! (except Sales Stage). Advanced Sales Lookup allows the user to combine criteria. A must-have for all users of the Sales/Opportunities module.

With ADVANCED SALES LOOKUP you can:

• lookup all contacts who have Sales/Opps,
• lookup contacts who have Sales/Opps for one product or a combination of products,
• make sure you are not missing Close Dates,
• lookup Sales/Opps with empty Fields,

How it works:

You can lookup Sales/Opportunities based on two conditions. If the first condition allows it (Products, Types, Competitors, Sales Stages), you are given the possibility to select more than one item and to choose between the OR or AND operators.

Here is the condition screen. The two condition field lists at the top are identical.

As you can see in the picture above, you can also lookup for Empty fields. Empty fields may appear when you delete an item (a product for instance) whereas Sales/Opps for this item are still present in the database.
