collection of functions that complements and extends the capabilities
of ACT!
Transfer to Excel Function exports any ACT!
data to Excel. ACT!PAK creates separate rows of data for each ACT! Contact,
Group, Activity, E-mail or Notes/History record in a CSV log file and
into an Excel worksheet. This can be run for a few contacts, all contacts,
or a group of contacts. This is a great way to export notes, history,
and contact data from ACT! for importing into other programs like Salesforce.com.
Scheduling Deputy for ACT! helps by scheduling
and managing your Calls, Meetings and ToDos. Define your own Call, Meeting
and To-Do procedures for new leads, special promotions, standard sales
steps, etc. Reserve your own vacations and holidays so no activities are
scheduled then. Schedule a series of activities at the same time.
Backup Deputy for ACT! makes a complete and
compressed copy of an ACT! database and ALL ACT! files! Worry no more!
Always — a 100% complete backup!
Restore Deputy for ACT! restores databases
backed up with ACT!PAK! Backup Deputy. What a great way to take your ACT!
database back and forth between the office and home!
Trigger Deputy for ACT! ensures the data
integrity of your ACT! database and reduces data entry steps. Now you
can calculate ACT! fields and store the results in another field, update
a field if certain conditions are met, fill in multiple fields based on
the value in another field, copy data from one field to another, and assign
a unique number to each new record. A great way to assign territories,
calculate mortgage payments, apply sales tax, calculate extended amount
and more!
ACT!PAK! Run Time utilizes an already "created"
trigger from another ACT!PAK! user. It allows a user the ability to execute
that trigger, even if ACT!PAK! is not installed on your PC. **Please Note:
In order to create or edit a trigger, the user must purchase a full version
of ACT!PAK! for $99.00.
Report Deputy for ACT! includes a Data Dictionary
for an ACT! database that documents all the fields in the database, their
attributes and even their drop-down lists. Plus a Crystal Reports template
is provided that identifies the links between all the tables in an ACT!
database. Use this report template to create custom Crystal Reports for
your ACT! database and distribute the RPT file to your ACT!PAK! users.
ACT!PAK! installs the Crystal Reports run-time DLLs needed to run the
custom report.
