How ResumeGrabber Standard 2008 works
ResumeGrabber shows up as a small floating toolbar and
is always visible and handy to use.

To enter a resume, that a recruiter is viewing in Word, Internet Browser or Email,
into ACT!
1. Highlight candidate contact details on resume.
2. Click 'Go' Icon on the ResumeGrabber toolbar.
3. ResumeGrabber extracts all the contact fields and
key skills from the resume and displays them for approval. Note: ResumeGrabber
can be configured so that the approval can be eliminated.
4. Clicking on "Transfer to" button enters resume into ACT!.
