Put pictures in ACT!!
 With Photo Manager for ACT!, you can put pictures, as many as you
want, into your contact pages of your ACT! database. Click on
the picture and see for yourself.

Features
 Website thumbnails. Now you can maintain a snapshot of your client's website, a stock chart or a webcam with Photo Manager for ACT!. One or more website thumbnails can appear with the rest of your images and, if you select it as a Persistent View image, it can provide a Live URL Update! - Auto Persist. No longer necessary to click on the Photo Manager for ACT! tab to get your Persistent View to show up the first time. Simply select the "Auto Persist" option and the image appears next to your contact's data automatically when you start ACT!

Scan to compressed formats. Photo Manager for ACT! now provides an option to scan (or acquire from digital cameras) in images to a compressed file format. In addition to the standard Windows BMP format, you can now scan images using either JPG (lossy) or PNG (lossless) formats. This will tremendously reduce the amount of disk space required to store scanned images.
- Totally revamped Mail Merge. Easier to setup and use. Complete control over image format and appearance from within MS Word.
- ACT! Reports. Now you can merge selected photos into your existing ACT! reports.
- "EPhoto-MailMerge" Combine your images with ACT! data to produce stunning content-rich emails that won't bog down your client's mail server. No knowledge of HTML required.
- Attach separate notes to each individual image.
- Updated TWAIN Module. Improved compatibility with Digital Scanners/Cameras on all Windows platforms.
- Drag-n-Drop. Easily drag images both into and out of Photo Manager for ACT!
- Email attachments. Pictures attached to your email messages appear automatically.
- Multiple image support. Number fo images you can associate with each contact only limited by system resources.
- WinFax support. Display and access WinFax images right from within ACT!
- Works with existing databases. Photo Manager for ACT! does not alter your ACT! database structure.
