You use Mail Merge just like the Mail Merge built into ACT!. You prepare a template, run Mail Merge against a Lookup, then send the files created by the merge. Now you can also Fax blasts using Mail Merge. All that is required is Microsoft Fax (included in Windows XP) and Microsoft Word 2003.
