Advanced List Management: A variety of powerful features are added to ACT's native opportunity list to help you efficiently manage your opportunities. When you install Opportunity List you'll immediately experience a more detailed list that uses powerful list management tools accessible on our toolbar.

Appearance and Colorization: Define color conditions applied to all opportunities at all times. Display all "Customers" as green or State="New York" as Blue. Quickly design color rules, which are easily turned on/off with a click off the mouse

Reschedule multiple tasks: Reschedule multiple activities at one time. Ever tried to reschedule 20 tasks to another day? With Task List, it's just three clicks.

Reassign multiple tasks: Select any number of tasks from list then send or reassign them to any other user in ACT!.

Annual date fields: Display annual date fields like Birthdays or renewals right on list. Print it, sort it, and filter it. It's your data!

Data Mining: Define simple or complex conditions to filter, format, group, tabulate or find rows which conform to any criteria. Analyze data from different perspectives and summarize into useful information - increase revenue, cut costs, or both.

Math Functions: Sum or count values in column directly on screen. No need to run complex reports. Math functions built into each column, like displaying group counts "State: NY (11 contacts)" or currency total "Totals for Sales Team Alpha ($156,000)". Add totals and counts at bottom of each column of any field using aggregate functions including: Count, Sum, Average, Min, Max, StdDeviation, ValueCount.

Deeper Data Integration: Display actual note text rather than simple icon; all contact names listed on an appointment rather than "<Multiple Contacts>" and display more than 10 users at one time on Task List and Calendar View ( a limitation in the current ACT! 10 product).

Expandable Data: Expandable rows display secondary information when viewing task list or product names when viewing an opportunity. This is not possible in ACT! -- only obtained by running complex reports. Display this information and print, export, subtotal, format and sort it.

ACT! Interface: Embedded right inside ACT!'s interface. Windows installer compliant. No need to run multiple applications or launch external programs once ACT! is launched. Easily installed or uninstalled in seconds. Toggle between add-on and ACT!'s native view simply by going to "About" window and turning off master switch.

New Toolbar: Toolbar displayed at top of each list or view. Handles all additional features included with product. Right-click on list or view to expose popup menu.

Appearance: Advanced formatting features give total control over how data is displayed. Cell, and Row Level conditional formatting done effortlessly using "Color Rules" like "IF Id/Status = 'Customer' display as GREEN".

Drag & Drop: Drag and drop any column off list to remove. Drag columns to left or right without opening any 'design' windows. Column positions automatically saved in user preference files with multiple column sets/layouts.

Column Formatting: Change properties of each column such as: Caption, Character casing (Upper/Lower), format string and input masks for phone number or Social Security numbers. Some of the formatting options are independent of the ACT! database, like ability to truncate currency. ( $18,200 rather than $18,200.00 ) Display math functions to generate totals and counts on last row.

Expanded Popup Menus: Right-click popup menus support ACT's native features and append new features to it. Expose these expanded menu features by right-clicking anywhere on list or view.

Multiple Layouts: Design and save multiple column sets/ layouts. Quickly switch between "Column Layouts" by simple popup list. Create and save sets for reporting or exporting.

Color Rules: Add color with simple rules. Color rules automatically applied to all rows matching the rule. Colorize rows like 'Prospects to be called'. Extract hidden information like 'Decision Maker(s)' in 'New York'. Cell and Row Level conditional formatting done effortlessly using Color Rules (Format Conditions)

In-line editing: In-line editing supports "built-in" editors like: Textbox, CheckBox, Calendar DropDown, Combo* and DropDown Controls. Dropdown are prefilled with defined list values from ACT!. No more going back to details window or double-clicking to edit simple date changes. Edit any value with one click or toggle edit mode on and off.

Advanced docking: Movable filter panel easily auto hides or docks any panel for better use of the application workspace. Panels can be hidden or stretched to height of screen, or moved and docked to left or right for easier access. Select more than 10 users and see who is selected!

Dual Monitor: Drag calendar or opportunity to second monitor. Support for dual or multi monitored hardware configurations.

Sorting Data: Sort data up to 4 levels deep directly from screen, while displaying a grouped condition filtered by unlimited number of fields. Try running that as a report – it just takes seconds!

Grouping: Group similar rows together using group feature while sorting and filtering in real-time. Organize information and report on that information in effective manner. Groups support sub-totals and record counts.

Filtering Row: Filter row at top of list to quickly search on multiple conditions from multiple fields. Filters can be saved and re-applied. Filter on Product Name or SKU numbers.

Tag Mode: Tag and un-tag to create a lookup. Select multiple rows to export that do not share common lookup criteria. Use tag mode to create and save exported lists.

Merging documents: Includes enhanced word processor called Verb which merges additional information onto document. Information can be from Company, Groups, Opportunities or Activities tables. Excellent for merging 'Company Address' onto an invoice or quote .

Additional Templates: Select from user-defined list of templates, not just ACT!'s 'quote.adt' Have "Quotes Internal" versus "Quote". Each template has formatting and merge fields.

Print in Color: Print in color. Easily achieve WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) printing of the active list or view in ACT!

Export to Excel: One button export to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, HTML or XML formats. Simple click 'Export' button and give file a name. New export file auto-opens in program of selected format. (XLS, DOC, HTM or XML). Very handy when coupled with tag feature.

Row Height: If displaying large note field , automatically increase row height to display all text. Change height of header caption.

Row or Card View: Two styles of viewing: Row Style or Card Style. Row Style in a scrollable list of rows. Card Style similar to Outlook business card style. To change layout style, simply click icon on toolbar.
