How It Operates:

DoubleNotes is installed as a System Tray icon. Simple user-selected rules control how the PC database, calendar and additional settings are synchronized. Every few seconds, DoubleNotes checks to see if your Lotus Notes or PIM is open and if changes are being made. If changes have occurred, they systematically "double" in the other program.
