The exchange of information is done in a secure manner and is completely transparent to you. Our service provides two-way synchronization. This means that changes made to your database on your PC (ie - ACT!, GoldMine, Outlook, Lotus Notes, or Palm Desktop) and on your mobile device will be automatically synchronized to ensure you are always working with the latest information.

Your desktop PC communicates with our secure servers. Changes to information on your PC are sent to our secure servers, which then relay this data to your mobile device. This process works the other way around as well. When you change data on your mobile device, changes are sent to our secure servers, which in turn send the data back to your computer.
