Personal data fields for your client's and prospect's
personal information, including date of birth, social security number,
phone number, various address fields, hobbies, clubs, driver's license,
work information, etc. Separate field areas for the prime contact,
secondary contact, and up to eight family member, and much, much more.
- An Accounts Screen that gives you access to account
information such as total assets, total revenue, whether or not the
client is fee-based or has a investment plan in place, and so forth.
- A Holdings Screen that gives you a snapshot of the
contact’s asset allocation model. This screen is also used for
rebalancing reminders, and allows you to search on securities held.
- The Road Map Screen's function is to list your client’s
immediate financial goals as well as what they believe to be important
in their lives. No other ACT! AddOn for Financial Advisors has this
screen (unless they copied us).
- The Campaign Screen allows for easy implementation
and tracking of sales or drip campaigns. Excellent way to plan a year's
worth of contact with your current clients.
- The Seminar Management Screen allows you to plan,
implement and follow-up for up to three seminars at one time. This has
been one of the most-used new features since the release of Brokers*ACT!

- A Six Week Blitz Campaign allows for implementing
and tracking specialty campaigns or seminars.
- A Client Suitability Screen puts the client's ability
to invest at your fingertips. Not only does it contain the basic new
account jacket information, but it also has relevant risk tolerance
and personal financial health information.
- Other Advisors Screen. Keep in contact with your
client’s other advisors. Included are templates that you can use
to send each of the "other advisors" letters.
- My Information Screen – Brokers*ACT!
is the first and only AddOn for ACT! that builds into its database key
entries to use when creating letters, reply envelopes or reply cards,
plus your firm’s service mark. There is no other AddOn with this
much attention placed on My Information (unless they copied it from
us).
- Annuity, Insurance Deferred Comp and Disability each
have their own tab dedicated to giving you the information you need

Additional Needed Fields
We have added many fields that our users (and creators) have requested (and eliminated some others). As a result, our field structure will accommodate and appeal to practically every Financial Advisor in production. Some more than others, but all can benefit from our professionally designed layout and field structure
All of the Yes/No fields have been replaced with check
boxes
Along with the new version of ACT! comes some added features like the
use of check boxes. This was something that we had all asked for in the
6.0x version but the program's limitations prevented their use. We can do much more with check boxes than the simple
yes/no fields. One example is when you select our Seminar #1 check box,
that contact is automatically added to the Seminar One group. We have
added this automatic feature to many of our customized check boxes.
Automatic Group Membership based on criteria
As stated above, we have gone through and replaced all of our Yes/No
fields with check boxes. When you "check" the check box, that
contact is automatically added to that specific group.
Here are just a few of the essential check boxes and corresponding groups:
- Newsletters -- add subscribers to your newsletter mailing list.
- Fee-Based Accounts -- with subgroups.
- Financial Plan in place.
- Investment plan in place.
- IRA Contributions -- prior and current.
- Seminar Planning.
