Import Excel into ACT!

It has NOT been possible to export existing contact lists to Excel since the introduction of ACT! 7. With this add-on, you also have the option of importing your existing Excel lists.

Highlights

You can immediately import groups, company contacts and logs.

You can use the "Additional column" function to select a column from the import Excel list and enter the default value that the field should have.
The recordset manager can be selected while importing.

Parameter conditions: The values of different fields in the Excel list can be merged.

ImportIT.NET checks whether the contact already exists (duplicate). If the contact already exists, the contact is updated when imported.

You also have the following functionality:

  • Assign the same group to the entire import
  • Assign the same status to the entire import
  • Assign the same project to the entire import
